Arab Museum of Modern Art in Doha

Arab Museum of Modern Art, also known as Mathaf, is one of the most important cultural landmarks in Qatar. It was inaugurated on December 30, 2010, and is jointly operated by Qatar Foundation and Qatar Museums.

The Arab Museum of Modern Art is situated within the Education City campus in Doha, Qatar.

Interior of Arab Museum of Modern Art:

The museum is unique and showcases modern art exhibitions and contemporary art from a purely Arab perspective. The upper floor houses seven permanent galleries, while the courtyard and five galleries are dedicated to temporary exhibitions. It contains over 9,000 artworks, which represent a blend of ancient historical Arab art and modern contemporary art, all under one roof.
