The Vasa Museum is located on Djurgården Island in Stockholm. It is a maritime museum that was opened in 1990 and has become one of the city's top tourist attractions.

The museum proudly displays the only ship from the 17th century that has been salvaged in almost complete condition, the Vasa warship, equipped with 64 cannons and the weaponry that was onboard during its ill-fated journey. Additionally, the museum features wax figures of sailors and passengers who were aboard the ship on the day of its sinking. Visitors can also find a model of the Stockholm shipyard during that period.
