Hellabrunn Zoo
On an area of 36 hectares, the Hellabrunn Zoo was established in Munich in the year 1911. It is considered the world's oldest zoo and the first zoo to provide a geographic environment similar to the original habitat of animals. Additionally, it is divided based on the animals' geographical regions.
The Hellabrunn Zoo houses over 17,000 animals, with more than 700 rare and endangered species.
The zoo provides resting areas, including numerous restaurants, cafes, and shops.
