Seven Lakes Park in Izmir: A Tranquil Retreat Amidst Natural Beauty
Seven Lakes Park (Yedigöller) is located in the city of Izmir, in the Buca region. It originally consists of seven interconnected lakes, forming one breathtaking lake.
The park covers an area of approximately 167,000 square meters, with the artificial lake alone spanning 30,000 square meters.
The park was inaugurated in 1999 by the Izmir Municipality, and it includes cafes, restaurants, designated barbecue areas, and playgrounds for children. During the summer and spring seasons, various events and festivals are held in the park.
Entrance to Seven Lakes Park is free for everyone.
