Flower market in Amsterdam
The Flower Market, located in the heart of Amsterdam on the banks of the Singel canal, dates back to the 19th century. Known as "De Bloemenmarkt," it is one of the most popular tourist attractions in the Netherlands and one of the most famous markets in Amsterdam. The market is considered a colorful symbol of the Dutch people.
The Flower Market features numerous stalls floating on the water, including some antique stalls that are nearly 100 years old. These stalls display hundreds of thousands of different types of flowers, plants, and seeds.
