Iskandar Pasha Mosque (Trabzon)

Iskender Pasha Mosque is a mosque built during the Ottoman era in the city of Trabzon in northeastern Turkey. Its construction dates back to the 16th century.

The Iskender Pasha Mosque originally included a religious school. However, expansions and restoration work carried out on the mosque have caused some damage to its prominent features, such as the old cemetery. Only Iskender Pasha's tomb remains next to the mosque, but it still maintains its magnificent splendor and captivating beauty.
