Hyde Park
In the heart of London lies Hyde Park, one of the largest parks in England and one of the four Royal Parks. King Charles I opened the park to the public in 1637, and it spans 1.42 square kilometers, featuring the Serpentine Lake at its center. Within the park, there are several attractions, including the Metropolitan Museum of Contemporary Arts.
Hyde Park is famous for its Speaker's Corner, where individuals can give speeches and hold discussions, often of a political or religious nature. The history of this corner dates back to the reformist parliamentary conflicts of the early 19th century, attracting speakers like Karl Marx and Winston Churchill.
