English Garden
Encompassing an area of 375 hectares and situated alongside the renowned Isar River, the English Garden (Englischer Garten) is one of the largest open parks in the world. Entry to the park is completely free, and it serves as the primary recreational space for the city of Munich.
The garden boasts numerous attractions, with the most notable being the Greek Pavilion and the Chinese Tower. A wide range of both sports and cultural activities can be enjoyed within its premises. It provides a tranquil and serene environment through its natural beauty. Additionally, visitors can partake in water activities, including water skiing in one of the park's water bodies.
