The Royal Library in Copenhagen
The Royal Library, situated in Copenhagen, is one of the most prominent architectural landmarks along the waterfront. This modern contemporary architectural masterpiece was built with glass, covering an area of 21,000 square meters. In 2017, the library merged with the state and the University of Copenhagen, becoming the Royal Library. It stands as one of the largest libraries globally and the largest in the Nordic countries.
