Dublin Zoo
Dublin Zoo is located in Phoenix Park in Dublin city. The zoo was opened in 1831 and is the largest zoo in Ireland covering an area of 60 acres. It is one of the major tourist attractions in Dublin.
Dublin Zoo is divided into different areas such as the North Pole, African Savannah, and Indian Forest. It houses a diverse range of animal species including elephants, lions, chimpanzees, and giraffes, as well as many endangered species.
The zoo also has a dedicated children's play area with exciting and entertaining games. Visitors can also explore the historic Cottage, built in 1833, which served as an entrance to the zoo.
