Viking Ship Museum

The Viking Ship Museum is one of the most unique museums on Earth and is located on a peninsula a few kilometers away from the capital of Norway, Oslo.

The Viking Ship Museum houses the most important ships used by the Viking people throughout their rich history. The age of these ships reaches over 800 years, and many of them are still operational. It's worth noting that the ships in the museum showcase the beautiful Scandinavian craftsmanship, characterized by their long shape and a bow that forms a triangular shape with a semi-circle beneath it. Among the most famous ships in the Viking Ship Museum are three ships known as the Tune Ship, the Oseberg Ship, and the Gokstad Ship. The museum also contains archaeological artifacts retrieved from the Viking people's tombs, who were the original inhabitants of Norway from the Borg region.
